1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a person you have designated, received the goods.
If your order contains multiple items shipped separately, the withdrawal period begins once the final item has been received.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear written statement declaring your decision to withdraw.

You may use a withdrawal form, but this is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your statement before the 14-day period expires.

3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back — whichever comes first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you request otherwise.
You will not incur any fees as part of the refund.

4. Return of Goods
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal.

5. Condition of Returned Goods
