• returned with all accessories and packaging.

3. Return Shipping Costs

3.1 Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3.2 We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We cannot refund items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

4.1 Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned product.
4.2 Refund processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4.3 Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we made an error.
