2.2 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2.3 If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you via email.

3. Delivery Costs

3.1 We offer free standard delivery within mainland UK.
3.2 International shipping costs (including VAT where applicable) are:

  • Europe: £9.95

  • Outside Europe: £50.00

4. Delivery Times

4.1 Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 5–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–7 business days

  • Rest of world: 5–7 business days

4.2 Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, regional delays, or other logistical factors beyond our control.

5. Couriers & Tracking

5.1 All orders are shipped via FedEx.
5.2 Tracking information will be sent to you by email after dispatch.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

6.1 International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
6.2 These costs are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the receiver.
6.3 Customs processing may cause delays depending on local regulations.

7. Delivery Attempts & Collection

7.1 If delivery is unsuccessful, FedEx will leave a notification with collection or re-delivery instructions.
7.2 Parcels are typically held for up to two weeks before being returned to us.
7.3 If a shipment is returned due to non-collection or incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

8.1 Please ensure all delivery details are complete and accurate at checkout.
8.2 We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

9.1 If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or appears to be lost, please contact us immediately at info@forestair.life.
9.2 We will work directly with FedEx to resolve the issue promptly.

10. Split Shipments

10.1 In some cases, items from the same order may be sent in separate parcels.
10.2 There is no additional charge for split shipments.
